You can choose any builder to build your home, although all plans must firstly be presented to the Greenhills Beach Design Review Panel for approval before lodging with Sutherland Shire Council.
Greenhills Beach Design Review Panel role is to make sure that only quality homes are constructed, in keeping with the coastal environment and that an array of materials are used, making the streetscape pleasing to the eye and not repetitive.
The area has been zoned E4 Environmental Living.
Council have approved a 55% building floor space ratio (10% more than allowed in Cronulla)
The development doesn’t allow for any medium or high density building, only single dwellings per lot. (no units, townhouses, villas, duplexes etc)
